Uninterrupted Power
Shoft has an installed generation capacity of 660kVA and ensures uninterrupted power supply to North and South yards. Further, the capacity can be upgraded to meet requirements. Power is fed through a well laid out power distribution network. For even better capacity and utilisation, each yard will shortly have a dedicated Power House. |

Machinery and Equipments
Shoft owns machinery required for efficient material handling and for high quality, automated high speed welding, gas cutting and erection.
- Mobile cranes (8 nos) which can be quickly deployed at different prefabrication centres within the same project site as well as sites at different locations.
- Two heavy duty mobile cranes, required for final erection of fabricated units .
- 40 ft trailer for shifting of pre-fabricated units from fabrication yard to building berth.
- Automatic/sem-automatic MIG and SAW machines.
- Plate rolling machine.
- Heavy duty hydraulic press for plate bending (under installation)
- CNC (under installation)
- Shearing, frame bending machines coming soon.

Workshop
The workshop, located in the prominent industrial belt of Thane, manufactures sophisticated equipment as well as routine items and supports Shoft and other shipbuilders.
The workshop is well equipped with machining facilities. Special facilities such as destructive/non-destructive material testing, bending/rolling of thick plates, shrink fitting, heat treatment are readily available.

Head Office, Thane
The Head Office in Thane is the nerve center, controlling and coordinating deployment of resources, human, financial and technical.
The office utilises the latest software for production drawings and facilities for centralised production planning, material procurement, inventory control, accounts and other administrative activities.
Shoft’s systems and processes conform to ISO 9001 standards and have been certified by Det Norske Veritas.
